Silent room, exceptionally comfortable bed and we really enjoyed beautiful bathroom. Plus it had a perfect view on to the Lake. The location of the hotel was riverside, near to the restaurant for an early 60th birthday celebration, and a great Lake. It also was down under the bridge.

The room was spotless and air conditioned, with a separate bathroom.

The hotel is romantically located on the river near a beautiful old bridge. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of places for parking.
Even when closed, we could still hear the noise of the nearby motorway and the busy street coming from the room windows. During our stay we could fell a smell of exhaust fumes and sewage in the neighbourhood. There is nothing that the hotel can do about it, but unfortunately we were disturbed by the lack of clean country air.

If you can sit in the beer garden in the morning and evening, the sterile atmosphere of the bar can be endured! The bed as such was good!
The room had no air conditioning and was very warm, the shower head was quite calcified, which didn't make showering very refreshing in warm weather! The breakfast was not very satisfying on both days because some things (bread, butter, eggs etc.) were missing and were only delivered very hesitantly. What a shame!

The warm atmosphere and really good service at the Bridge Hotel made for a good stay, though breakfast was quite the ordeal. Waiting over 45 minutes for lukewarm food and lacking in quality was disappointing. The river view room was great, however, and staff were friendly.

This was a good hotel. No "buzzers or bells", but it was perfectly adequate, clean enough and the service was right. I left at 4.30, so I didn't try breakfast. I also went out for a meal the night before, so no comment there either.
The in room safe didn't work. I was in a hurry to go out, so I didn't let them know, so perhaps they'll see this. It wasn't really an issue.

Loved the undercover car parking and the flexible restaurant layout for our group dinner.

The staff were very friendly, the food in the restaurant was good, and the views of the River were lovely. Rooms were well equipped and relatively spacious given the price.
My only slight grumble is that the shower was not very powerful.

Location
Despite staying at the hotel on New Years Eve night, before going out in the vening we were unable to get a drink at the bar as staff were setting up for a private evening party. When you have a private party you still have to cater for your other guests. Very disappointing!! Also despite two of us staying only one towel and one mug for coffee in room

can just recommend for a quick stop
Pleasant room, clean room, the secondary glazing effectively cut out street noise providing a peaceful night's sleep, and there's free parking available which is a real bonus for those driving in.
Liked everything.
